The theme this year for the Mayfair Optometric Clinic tree was "Give Kids a Hand" and included hand decorated childrens mittens. All the mittens and gloves had characters with googly eyes. The staff made a fun day of crafts readying their theme and four representatives participated in the evening gala for decorating.
This year the BC Children's Hospital had 65 trees on view at the Empress Hotel. The winner of the People's Choice Award receives the highest number of "votes" meaning raised the most money to benefit the hospital.
Mayfair Optometric Clinic has been a proud supporter of this event for over 20 years and gives back to the community regularily.
